Position Summary...
The Senior Manager of Global Ethics Reporting & Insights delivers accurate, timely, and actionable Ethics reporting that strengthens transparency and supports effective decision‑making across the business. This role manages business‑level and regional reporting, identifies data trends, and develops clear narratives that help stakeholders understand performance and emerging risks.You will partner with key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure reporting is consistent, reliable, and aligned to Global Ethics standards. Through strong analytical skills, effective use of data visualization tools, and clear communication, you will execute reporting processes that enable leaders to make informed, ethics‑aligned decisions.
The Ethics Governance team upholds our company’s commitment to integrity by creating, maintaining, and enforcing Ethics policies and procedures aligned to legal requirements and our Code of Conduct. The team leads the Conflicts of Interest and Integrity in Action programs and delivers clear, actionable insights on ethics trends to leadership. By fostering transparency, accountability, and ethical decision‑making, the team safeguards Walmart’s reputation and promotes a respectful, positive workplace for all.
What you'll do...
- Reporting & Insights: Produce accurate, timely business‑level and regional Ethics reports with clear insights that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Narrative & Presentation Development: Develop polished narratives and presentations for quarterly business reviews, using PowerPoint to deliver compelling and concise storytelling.
- Analytics & Trend Identification: Conduct targeted deep‑dive analyses to surface themes, trends, and emerging risks.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs, validate findings, align on insights, and refine messaging.
- Data Visualization: Use Excel and Power BI dashboards to analyze, interpret, and visualize trends; partner with the Systems, Risks, and Trends team on dashboard requirements, enhancements, and usability.
- Process Improvement: Use AI tools and continuous improvement practices to enhance reporting accuracy, increase automation, and drive overall consistency.
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex information into clear, engaging visualizations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert insights into meaningful, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis and working with large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, including advanced prompting techniques, to analyze data and uncover insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Effective relationship‑building skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners and key stakeholders.
- A strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies and access controls.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
