Position Summary...
Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Finance supporting Pharmacy and your work could help over 240 million global customers live better every week. You will help establish scalable ways of working for performance management and business reviews, connect insights across data sources, and translate trends into clear recommendations. This role will also leverage technology and AI to modernize analytics processes, improve speed and consistency, and enable stronger, more proactive decision-making.What you'll do...
- Lead a broad range of planning and analytics activities for Pharmacy, including forecasting, KPI development, executive-ready reporting, and strategic decision support.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to source and validate data, build repeatable insights routines, and develop tools and processes that help the business quickly understand performance and take action.
- improve how we plan, how we review results, and how we identify opportunities and risks—while advancing more automated, technology-enabled ways of working.
- Translate performance results into “what happened / why / what next” insights and recommendations.
- Build detailed financial modeling that is dynamic and supports and ever changing business
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including opportunity sizing and measurement plans.
- Serve as a go-to resource for analytics and performance insights, helping teams solve problems and remove pain points.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and modernize planning and analytics workflows using technology and AI.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience in forecasting, planning, analytics, and decision support (FP&A experience valued).
- Demonstrated ability to build clear, executive-ready storytelling from complex datasets.
- Experience creating scalable reporting solutions and business review cadences (KPIs, dashboards, operating rhythms).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large or imperfect datasets.
- Comfort leading through influence, partnering cross-functionally, and managing competing priorities.
- Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve how work gets done.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
