What you'll do...

Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition As a Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for hiring leadership roles across Walmart Transportation, including Area Managers and Operations Managers supporting Transportation Offices, Fleet Safety, Fleet Maintenance/Service Shops, and Fleet Transportation Operations. You own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for these leadership roles—building pipelines, interviewing candidates, guiding offer strategy, and closing talent that directly impacts safety, compliance, and operational performance across the private fleet. In this role, you don’t just fill jobs, you help build the next generation of Transportation leaders. You hire talent with the capability and potential to grow, advance, and take on broader leadership responsibilities across Walmart’s supply chain. By owning leadership hiring end to end, you directly shape succession, stability, and long-term operational success. About the Team The Transportation Recruiting team is responsible for hiring the leaders who run Walmart’s private fleet. We recruit Area Managers and Operations Managers who set the tone for safety, accountability, and performance across Transportation. Our work is highly visible and business critical. By building strong leadership pipelines and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, we ensure Transportation teams are staffed with leaders capable of managing people, equipment, and risk at scale. You’ll make an impact by...
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
  • Building and maintaining strong leadership pipelines for Transportation operations and safety critical roles.
  • Screening and assessing leadership candidates for people leadership, operational capability, and safety mindset.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders and transportation leaders to align on role requirements, interview strategy, and hiring decisions.
  • Delivering a high-touching candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow through.
  • Using recruiting data and market insight to guide sourcing strategies and hiring recommendations.
  • Supporting interview scheduling, panel coordination, and offer execution to drive timely hires.

  • You have previous experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring operations or people leader roles.
  • You have the proven ability to own leadership hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  • You are confident working with operational leaders and navigating complex hiring needs.
  • You have excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
