Position Summary...
The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to meet business objectives. - Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
- Understand program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
- Monitor execution and milestones of the program by tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables
- Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a culture of respect and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
