- Drive execution of multiple business initiatives by identifying needs and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities and meet business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management process and strategy, recommending solutions or enhancements and overseeing implementation.
- Evaluate program performance using key metrics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend adjustments and optimize outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop associates through mentoring and training to build a collaborative team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
