What you'll do...


About the team:

The team supports Scintilla Charter clients within the Frozen Category by driving strategic account management initiatives. It focuses on executing business plans, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering measurable value through effective negotiation and business planning. Members collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs, optimize product assortments, and enhance onboarding experiences. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to achieve business objectives. It cultivates a professional environment that encourages development, accountability, and high performance while maintaining alignment with company policies and ethical standards
  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
  • Lead and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform strategic account planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Manage complex negotiations and foster strong relationships with customers and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, adaptability, and knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Proven expertise in strategic account planning, forecasting, and executing business plans to drive measurable results.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop and implement complex negotiation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and relationship management across various business functions and markets.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize return on investment.
  • Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in business planning and adapting strategies to evolving operational and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
