The Data Ventures Account Management team leads strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence. This team collaborates across functions to develop and execute business plans, manage key stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable value. Members apply strong skills in negotiation, business planning, and relationship management to support customer success and optimize product offerings. The team fosters a performance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement, coaching, and effective communication. By leveraging data insights and industry knowledge, the team ensures alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
What you'll do:
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying customer and operational needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet objectives.
- Lead and mentor associates through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth and collaboration.
- Build and communicate business cases, leveraging data insights to influence decision-making and optimize return on investment.
- Oversee sales forecasting, account planning, and negotiation strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
