Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Senior Manager of QSR Launch & Execution will own the day-to-day execution of QSR pilots and expansions. This role is responsible for coordinating across operations, delivery, store teams, and partners to ensure QSR launches are operationally ready, executed smoothly, and supported through early stabilization. Scope & Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution for QSR launches, coordinating across store operations, delivery, product, tech, and partner teams
- Serve as the operational point person during pilots and expansions, managing readiness, timelines, and dependencies
- Ensure launch readiness, including store processes, delivery workflows, partner coordination, and training alignment
- Act as the escalation owner for launch-related issues, driving rapid resolution to protect customer experience
- Support early post-launch stabilization, monitoring performance and working with functional teams to address gaps
- Partner with the Director of Operations & Fulfillment to translate launch learnings into improvements to SOPs and playbooks
- Enables on-time, low-friction QSR launches across markets and partners
- Reduces operational risk during pilots and early expansions
- Improves cross-functional execution by providing a single accountable launch owner
- Protects customer experience during the most fragile phases of QSR growth
- Accelerates learning by feeding real-world execution insights back into the operating model

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
