Our Supply Chain team powers the backbone of our business, ensuring products reach customers efficiently and reliably. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding our fulfillment capabilities and supporting the company’s ambitious goals.Join us as a Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, where you’ll lead the launch of new Fulfillment Centers and drive transformative initiatives across our supply chain. What you'll do...
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new Fulfillment Center launches
- Partner with engineering, operations, HR, IT, and finance to ensure operational readiness
- Present launch progress and recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Develop training and onboarding for new leaders
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
- Up to 75% travel required.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or program management
- Proven success launching large-scale facilities or programs
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in cross-functional project leadership and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
