Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Claims Management – Spark Delivery Claim Concierge will be responsible for support a team that handles customer claims involving SPARK delivery drivers, managing operations.This role will drive process improvement and deliver best-in-class training programs to ensure alignment with Walmart’s business objectives and evolving operational needs.
You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking and has strong stakeholder influence.

What you'll do...
- Leads and develops a team of 10–12 case managers supporting customer claims involving SPARK delivery drivers.
- Oversees daily claim operations and escalations, ensuring timely, accurate, and policy-compliant claim resolution.
- Manages workload prioritization, KPIs, and quality standards across 31K+ claims annually driven by SPARK growth.
- Partners cross-functionally (risk, legal, operations, customer support) to improve processes, reduce cycle time, and strengthen customer outcomes.

- Hands-on experience leading high-volume customer claims operations in fast-moving, service-critical environments
- Strong track record managing frontline teams handling complex delivery/driver-related escalations with consistent quality
- Improves cycle time and customer outcomes through workflow optimization, queue management, and clear SOPs
- Ensures compliance, documentation standards, and risk controls across claims handling
- Partners cross-functionally to resolve systemic issues and improve end-to-end delivery claims experience

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
