Position Summary...
The Manager of Assortment Insights for Fashion leads the development of data driven assortment strategies that support a proactive, customer centric approach to modular/planogram planning. This role analyzes customer purchasing behavior, clustering models, and localization insights to guide product flow, optimize space decisions, and ensure Fashion assortments align with customer needs and business objectives.You will partner directly with various stakeholders within Fashion to ensure our assortments aren't just reset every season, but are strategically evolved.

You’ll Make an Impact By:
Driving Customer‑Centric Insights
Conducting advanced analysis of customer behavior, Apparel trip missions, and segmentation.
Developing store‑level clustering strategies to reflect diverse customer needs across 4,000+ locations.
Identifying assortment gaps, trend opportunities, and white‑space areas using research and industry insights.
Influencing Assortment & Space Strategy
Informing Category Strategy Guides through performance data, footage guardrails, and predictive analytics.
Recommending cohesive omni‑assortments that balance in‑store presentation with digital assortment breadth.
Advising on adjacencies, sightlines, and layout decisions to elevate the in‑store Fashion experience.
Providing clear, actionable strategic guidance on assortment, spacing, and category growth opportunities.
Leading Performance, Productivity & Continuous Improvement
Measuring assortment performance through SBU test/control frameworks.
Conducting deep-dive productivity and capacity analyses for high‑growth categories.
Driving a continuous review process to enable rapid response to evolving fashion and customer trends.
Leveraging automation and analytical tools to improve modular/planogram planning and space analytics.
Operating with excellence through KPI management, executive‑level communication, and partnership building.

Manage multiple initiatives with discipline, organization, and attention to detail.
Uphold high analytical standards and help drive accountability across teams.
Have experience in category management, modular/planogram development, or strategic planning.
Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations with clear “what/why/now what” storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to influence organizational change toward insight‑led decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field, OR 4+ years of experience in analytics, merchandising, or insights.
2+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Category Management, or Strategic Assortment Planning.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, [Python, R, or equivalent]
