Position Summary...
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Functions will support the People function at Walmart. In this exciting and high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. You will bring deep recruitment expertise, discernment to identify top talent, and a commitment to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects our values and culture. By working in person at our Bentonville, Arkansas Headquarters, you will be able to collaborate and gain deeper insight into our business.What you'll do...
In this role, you will:- Lead a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that includes sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, HR and key business stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Be regarded as a trusted and knowledgeable partner by having a strong understanding of target talent markets.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent for current and future needs.
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comply with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting top talent; experience recruiting human resources professionals a plus.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with WorkDay and other Applicant Tracking Systems

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
