Position Summary...

This role serves as a Senior Analyst within the Facility-to-Facility team, focused on supporting inbound transportation operations. The analyst will report directly to the Manager responsible for the Planning and Data pillar, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do...

• Analyze and optimize facility-to-facility transportation operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic transportation planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex transportation-related issues.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and software to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
• 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
• Previous experience in supply chain/transportation roles
• Experience presenting to key stakeholders, including leadership, with clear and confident communication

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

• Background in automation and dashboard creation using tools such as VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to drive data visibility and process efficiency
• Solid understanding of import operations, consolidation strategies, and intermodal transportation, with experience optimizing global supply chain flows

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
