Manager – Site Merchandising - Beauty Location: Onsite: Bentonville, AR Want to help lead the way in redefining how we shop online? The Manager, Site Merchandising, Beauty is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience for the beauty department, overseeing everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to functionality and campaign planning and execution. They'll drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our eCommerce business. - Leading the digital experience strategy Develop and lead end-to-end digital experience, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and driving operational excellence in execution.
- Telling a story through our site to drive digital engagement You'll identify key shopping moments and define the story-telling road map, shaping where and how we optimize. You will use key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance category discovery on our site, telling a cohesive story to help beauty shoppers find their complete look on Walmart.com.
- Working collaboratively with marketing and editorial You'll drive campaign strategy, planning, and execution providing insights to Merchant partners on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to influence future campaign strategy. You will execute campaign activities within agreed timeframes at the agreed levels of quality and provide feedback and insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Leveraging data to optimize the digital experience You'll leverage data, reporting and analytical insights to set goals, measure success and continually refine digital experience.
- Monitoring site health and performance through analytics and key metrics.
- Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders You'll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the sites strategic direction and execution.
- Operating with excellence You'll land the fundamentals and create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance.
- Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- 4+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field
- 3+years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
- Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
- Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
- Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
- Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
- Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
