What you'll do...
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects within a program.
- Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules, creating accountability matrices and decomposing programs into actionable modules.
- Support technology stakeholders, translate business needs into project activities, and align solutions with overall strategy.
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders, communicate complex information clearly, and foster productive relationships.
- Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and scenario planning to ensure successful delivery and resource optimization.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and program monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of program management techniques, benefits analysis, and planning frameworks.
- Ability to navigate technology landscapes, develop business cases, and connect domain needs with solutions.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in business operations, KPI assessment, and driving organizational planning processes.

Sunnyvale, California US-11349:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
