The Last Mile team works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store to the comfort of their home. We want our customers to have every option available to shop for their needs: wherever, whenever, and however they want it.
In the Strategic Programs team, you will be responsible for the design and rollout strategy for our high priority initiatives in the Unscheduled Delivery space with a focus on B2B clients. This is a high-visibility role, requiring attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and a background in large program management.

What you'll do...
- Research and Analysis: Lead competitive and market research efforts on industry trends and customer behavior to guide decision-making.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to generate business insights, improve reporting processes, shape strategy, and inform business use cases.
- Insight Development: Create presentations that translate data into actionable insights, connecting internal and external trends to build compelling narratives.
- Collaboration: Align cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiencies, working with planning and product teams to set delivery priorities.
- Project Management: Oversee complex projects from initiation to completion to streamline fulfillment strategies and improve execution.
- Reporting: Design and monitor metrics for delivery performance.
- Automation and Analysis: Implement automation for insights and analytics.
What You'll Bring...
- Experience:
- 5+ years in business consulting, market research, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence.
- 3-5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or a related area.
- Experience in last-mile delivery, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or platform logistics.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives tied to growth, experience, or efficiency.
- Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strategic thinking and execution to fuel growth and operational excellence.
- Technical Skills:
- Skilled in using research tools and methodologies to guide strategy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Digital and technical savviness, including AI/ML.
- Ability to build models and tools to influence high-impact business strategies with measurable outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
