The eCommerce Acceleration team serves as the command center for Walmart’s digital business, operating at the intersection of profitability, performance metrics, and decision support. We work cross-functionally with FP&A, fulfillment, marketplace, and strategy teams to unlock growth and optimize every step of the customer journey. By providing actionable insights and building scalable analytics capabilities, our team empowers leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions that move the business forward.
What you'll do...
- Develop sophisticated, driver-based financial models and robust business cases to support and scale high-visibility eCommerce growth initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, quantify, test, and accelerate eCommerce projects that impact millions of customers—across pickup, delivery, shopping experience, and supply chain.
- Help with presentations and white papers, simplifying complex concepts into digestible narratives for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing decision support, performance metrics, and profitability analyses to eCommerce leaders as they evaluate and optimize the future state of digital business.
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments—managing multiple projects, finding “white space” opportunities, and leveraging data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Lead regular business reviews, updating leadership on financial progress, project milestones, and actionable insights.
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to build robust financial models and construct strategic business cases that support high-impact decision-making.
- Exceptional data wrangling skills, with proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, and experience with SQL.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise recommendations for broad audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations, removing barriers, and accelerating progress on key initiatives.
- Ability to balance structure and ambiguity—comfortable navigating multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for using data to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer-centric innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
