About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, eCommerce Pricing Experience, you will be at the forefront of shaping how millions of customers perceive and interact with pricing across our digital platforms. Your mission is to make pricing transparent, engaging, and motivating—empowering customers with the confidence to make informed purchasing decisions. You will leverage your expertise in eCommerce customer experience to deliver pricing strategies and communications that are clear, compelling, and competitive, directly impacting business growth and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Champion transparent, customer-friendly pricing communication across all digital touchpoints.
- Design and implement strategies that enhance the eCommerce customer experience and inspire purchase intent.
- Conduct market competitive benchmarking to ensure our pricing remains attractive and relevant.
- Analyze customer value drivers and perceptions of price treatments, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Connect customer insights to marketing strategies, amplifying price savings, deals, and clearance events to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align on pricing initiatives and governance.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing experience, customer engagement, and market competitiveness.
You will sweep us off our feet if you have:
- Proven experience in eCommerce customer experience, with a passion for optimizing the customer journey and driving results.
- Strong background in pricing operations, governance, and market or competitive analysis.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills; able to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership and influence across teams and functions.
- Customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering value and building trust through transparent pricing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in insight development, marketing integration, and cross-functional collaboration is highly valued.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
