Position Summary...

As a Senior Manager, People, you’ll shape and drive HR strategy for one of the most dynamic retail environments, with a strong focus on talent management, talent development, and organizational design. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing HR team, influence business direction, and help our associates and organization thrive. In this role, you’ll support our Membership and Insights organization—including the membership team, contact center, and our data analytics & science teams.About Global People:

What you'll do...
Lead execution of business and HR plans, identifying needs and driving continuous improvement.
Direct the supervision, development, and engagement of associates, building a strong team culture.
Guide compliance with company policies and HR best practices, ensuring ethical standards.
Advise leaders on HR strategy and organizational change initiatives.
Analyze HR and business data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
What you’ll bring:
Strong experience developing and executing HR strategies in a large, complex organization.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Expertise in compliance, data analysis, and driving process improvements.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability to navigate change and drive innovation in HR practices.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
