Position Summary...
Our Merchandising Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Merchandising Data Enablement to steward all merchandising data needs and drive the future of data-driven retail. This role will set the vision for how merchandising uses data, design the data architecture, build data products, and ensure that merchandising teams and technology partners have the data assets they need to make customer-first decisions and deliver business impact.What you'll do...
Steward Merchandising Data Needs: Act as the central owner and advocate for all data required by the merchandising organization, ensuring accessibility, quality, and alignment with business priorities
Build Impactful Data Products: Lead the creation of data products, tools, and capabilities that unlock insights, accelerate decision-making, and enable associates to serve customers better
Enable Merchandising Teams: Ensure that merchants, planners, and operators have the right data assets, delivered in the right way, to power decisions across assortment, pricing, supply chain, and eCommerce
Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion data governance, data quality, and emerging technologies to simplify workflows and make it simpler to agentically source the data merchandising needs
Design Scalable Data Architecture: Partner with technology, data engineering, and product teams to design and maintain the merchandising data ecosystem, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and future-ready
Foster Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and leverage strong relationships across tech, product, engineering, and merchandising to align strategies, break down silos, and deliver business outcomes
What you'll bring...
A balance of strategic vision with the ability to dive deep into technical and business challenges
Proven experience leading large-scale data strategy, architecture, and product initiatives in retail or a similarly complex industry
Deep understanding of merchandising processes, and how data can accelerate decisions in assortment, pricing, planning, and supply chain
Strong knowledge of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and modern data engineering practices
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated servant leadership, with a focus on developing teams, embracing change, and driving innovation at scale
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
