Position Summary...

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to support Policy Governance within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety team. This role will assist in developing and maintaining governance frameworks for policies that promote safe, fair, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong execution skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in policy governance, risk management, and process improvement.

What you'll do...

Policy Governance Support

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Trust & Safety policies.
• Support the development and upkeep of policy documentation and governance artifacts.
• Help ensure consistency and fairness in policy execution across teams.

Policy Review & Compliance

• Participate in regular reviews of existing policies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Support monitoring of compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure policy alignment.

Change Management & Communication

• Track and document policy changes, including version control and approvals.
• Assist in developing training materials and communication plans for policy rollouts.
• Serve as a point of contact for policy-related inquiries.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with operational teams to gather feedback and identify policy gaps.
• Coordinate with product, legal, and compliance teams to support policy integration.

What you'll bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in policy governance, operations, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, operations, or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with policy management tools or governance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to logistics, technology, or data privacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
