Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics role will leverage their expertise in Data Strategy, Geospatial, Data Visualization, and business context to drive impactful analytics solutions across the Facility Services Monetization team. This contributor will work closely with key stakeholders, engage in data analysis and ensure that data assets are transformed into actionable business insights. Data Visualization & Storytelling:
Select and apply advanced visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate insights effectively. Develop compelling, context-driven stories that integrate multiple data points and influence stakeholders at all levels.Geospatial Analysis:
Leverage advanced geospatial techniques to analyze distance, drivetime, and geographic boundaries, delivering actionable insights from associate and client data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Technical Problem Formulation:
Translate complex business problems into analytical or mathematical solutions. Identify and recommend methods, tools, and use cases (including automation and big data analytics techniques) to solve key business challenges.Data Source Identification:
Identify, assess, and select optimal data sources across distributed environments (SQL, NoSQL), ensuring alignment with business requirements and service level agreements. Perform initial data quality checks and work closely with functional partners to understand key business drivers.Data Quality Management:
Set and enforce data quality standards, leveraging profiling, cleansing, integration, and event management tools. Measure, monitor, and report on data quality metrics, drive remediation activities, and educate teams on data governance and compliance with regulatory/ethical standards.
What You’ll Bring…
Fluency in data visualization best practices, tools, and techniques, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Familiarity with Geospatial analytic tools in order to provide valuable insights with area, location and/or geographic data
Solid understanding of analytics methodologies, big data techniques, statistical analysis, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Proven experience in data analytics, data management, or a related field, with a track record of delivering business value through data-driven insights
Advanced knowledge of functional business domains and data categories, with hands-on experience in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed data stores
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, or Finance) with at least 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field; OR a Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology) with at least 2 years of relevant experience; OR 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field. At least 1 year of supervisory experience is also required.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
