We’re looking for a dynamic leader to join Walmart’s eCommerce team as Director, Omni Experiences. In this role, you’ll drive the design, deployment, and activation of seamless omni-channel experiences that connect our digital and physical ecosystems. You’ll bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and go-to-market expertise to deliver customer-first initiatives at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prioritize omni use cases in partnership with Business, Product, and Tech.
  • Develop omni-channel business cases and roadmaps, sizing impact (customer, financial, and operational KPIs) in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.
  • Create and present ROI models to secure leadership alignment on omni capabilities and investments.
  • Build scalable platform capabilities and ensure operational readiness in partnership with Product and Tech.
  • Validate solutions and launch omni experiences across digital and in-store channels in collaboration with Design, Customer Insights, and activation partners.
  • Lead omni forums and leadership syncs, ensuring clear agendas, aligned priorities, and resolution of escalations.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, templates, and playbooks to drive consistency across the Omni Experiences team.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in eCommerce, omni-channel operations, go-to-market strategy, or program management.
  • Proven ability to design and scale omni platform capabilities with measurable customer and financial impact.
  • Strong experience building business cases, prioritization frameworks, and investment playbooks.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
