Position Summary...
As Manager, eCommerce Finance, you’ll coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless planning, forecasting, and reporting—keeping projects on task, on time, and on budget. Our eCommerce Finance team is at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, supporting a wide range of eCommerce functions. We’re dedicated to optimizing business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis. In this role, you’ll bridge finance and eComm segment teams, working closely with Strategy and Site Operations to align financial objectives with business goals and ensure the success of our initiatives.
What you'll do...
- Lead coordination and submission of segment planning requests across all eComm Finance teams (Site Experience, Marketplace, and eComm Acceleration).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recurring and ad hoc financial data, metrics, and reporting in support of eComm initiatives.
- Partner with eComm Strategy to provide thought leadership and align on the purpose, content, and outcomes of critical meetings and forums.
- Support full P&L planning and forecasting, coordinating inputs across segments through dotted-line reporting.
- Consolidate and manage eComm Finance submissions, including Site Operations, Marketplace, and eComm Acceleration.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), goal-setting, and metrics work.
- Drive team culture and engagement efforts, including cross-team meetings, onboarding of new associates, and collaborative initiatives.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets.
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or retail.
- Experience fostering team culture and driving cross-functional collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
