As a key leader, you’ll help set the vision for scalable analytics and ensure our data practices align with company goals.
What you'll do...
- Analyze large, complex financial datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and engineering stakeholders to inform business strategy.
- Oversee the design and execution of experiments, data pipelines, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify and validate data sources, ensuring data quality and fit-for-purpose analytics.
- Formulate and solve business problems using advanced analytics, automation, and big data techniques.
- Mentor team members and engage with the external analytics community to advance best practices and innovation.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on financial services or fintech.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL (large datasets, optimization).
- Expertise in dashboard design and data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data quality assessment, data governance, and scalable data management.
- Ability to challenge business assumptions, quantify business impact, and influence data strategy across functions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
