The selected hire will work from our beautiful new home office in Bentonville, AR!
You’ll work with our attorneys, investigators and other partners to build practical tools that support Walmart Global Investigations.
Build dashboards or other tools relevant to the Investigations you have been assigned.
Work as part of a team - leading the analytical workstream on highly sensitive investigations.
Think proactively and build tools that help Walmart spot and mitigate potential risk.
Work with all areas of the business to find and ingest relevant data sets.
Collaborate with data stewards and other teams to gather and process security requests and ensure compliance with Walmart security policies.
What you’ll bring…
Solid SQL skills and experience with Google Big Query.
Ability to write in Python or have used commercially available ETL tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep or Dataiku.
The ability to create an easy-to-use and relevant tool using Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
A proven track record of partnering cross-functionally.
The ability to identify and champion opportunities to innovate and improve processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with executive leaders.
Strong exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations and solutions.
Bonus points if you have…
Experience with investigations in a retail environment.
Experience with languages used to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets (SQL, Python, etc.)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
