What you'll do...
Lead end-to-end U.S. hiring strategy – Build and execute enterprise hiring plans that align with Walmart U.S. business priorities, ensuring we deliver the right talent at speed and scale across Store Operations, Supply Chain, Corporate, and specialty functions like eCommerce and Growth.
Partner with our People Org and Business Leaders – Partner with senior business leaders to forecast talent needs, design recruiting strategies, and deliver candidate pipelines that fuel Walmart’s transformation.
Drive recruiting excellence and innovation – Lead large-scale initiatives to transform how we attract, assess, and hire talent, leveraging AI, advanced sourcing, and technology-enabled solutions to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Elevate data-driven recruiting – Provide real-time talent market insights, hiring analytics, and predictive workforce data to shape executive decision-making and optimize recruiting performance.
Bring Operational Rigor to TA processes– Oversee interview processes, recruiter capability building, vendor strategy, and systems/technology to enable a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience.
What You’ll Bring...
Recruiting leadership at scale – Deep experience leading enterprise-wide recruiting strategies in large, complex organizations with diverse workforces and high-volume hiring needs.
Expertise in modern recruiting practices – Proven ability to design and deliver innovative sourcing and selection strategies that raise the bar on quality of hire and candidate experience.
Fluency in TA technology & AI – Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, analytics platforms, and emerging AI solutions, with a track record of using data and technology to transform recruiting outcomes.
Strategic workforce planning acumen – Ability to translate business priorities and workforce data into actionable hiring plans and talent pipelines.
Influence and collaboration skills – Strong executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders; skilled at driving cross-functional alignment across HR, business, and TA operations.
Talent builder and leader – History of developing high-performing TA teams, scaling recruiter capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and impact.
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
