Position Summary...
This role of Director, Shop Experience will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will understand store complexities and operations - especially on inventory movement - and identify and drive higher fulfillment rates. This role will lead the team to build out a full roadmap of technology and product development and test, deploy and track. Additionally, this roles team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through in-stock improvements, optional navigation and reduced friction for the shopper.What you'll do...
Ability to concept and develop a comprehensive strategy, based on data, user and associate feedback
Ability to create an aligned roadmap with resource allocation and value delivery
Ability to create compelling presentations with data, customer feedback, and connecting to team and company goals
Ability to clearly and efficiently led teams to accomplish stated objectives
Ability to apply technology to enable strategy
Developing overall strategy for the shop experience for Last Mile delivery
Converting data analysis into executable strategy
team leadership and guidance
prioritization of roadmap initiatives, to drive leadership alignment and value
Owning and driving vision and outcomes including shopper experience, in-stock and business objectives
Presentation to leadership and stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
