Position Summary...
This role of Director, Customer Engagement will play a critical part of the Shopping Strategy, to ultimately fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full. This position will understand opportunities to win the customer's order through effective engagement and simplified communications. Ultimately this roles team will orchestrate resources to deliver a better experience through substitutions, amends, and general inquiries.This position will work with technology and process, and will see initiatives from concept to scaling, requiring a high degree of ownership and bias for action. The position will lead the full team, setting goals, expectations and motivating for a better, faster delivery experience.
What you'll do...
Ability to concept and develop a comprehensive strategy
Ability to create an aligned roadmap with resource allocation and value delivery
Ability to create compelling presentations with data, customer feedback, and connecting to team and company goals
Ability to clearly and efficiently led teams to accomplish stated objectives
Ability to apply technology to enable strategy
Product and UX experience
Developing overall strategy for shopper/customer engagement
team leadership and guidance
prioritization of roadmap initiatives, to drive leadership alignment and value
Owning and driving vision and outcomes including CSAT and business objectives
Presentation to leadership and stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
