What you'll do...
We are looking for a data-savvy, business-oriented professional to join our team. This role involves translating business challenges into data-driven solutions and building scalable analytics products. Below are the key technical responsibilities and requirements:
1. Business Context and Problem Formulation
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Apply suitable tools and methodologies
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly
2. Data Acquisition and Strategy
- Understand business domains, data requirements, and key processes
- Identify and extract suitable data sources (SQL, NoSQL)
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data is fit for purpose
- Apply data governance, management, and quality standards
- Ensure data accessibility, scalability, and relevance for decision-making
3. Analytical Modeling
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, especially classification and regression
- Build and evaluate models using logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, GBM, and other tree-based techniques
- Apply forecasting methods to predict future business outcomes
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature selection
- Design and analyze experiments; provide actionable insights
4. Model Deployment and Assessment
- Deploy models to production (Good to have); ensure scalability and sustainability
- Evaluate models using ROC, RMSE, Chi-square, etc.
5. Coding and Testing
- Write and test code in Python, SQL, R, or similar languages
- Use appropriate testing methods
6. Data Visualization
- Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker
- Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
