Position Summary...

The Sr. Director of Driver Capabilities and Automation/AI for Last Mile Delivery will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge automated systems to revolutionize our delivery processes. This role is pivotal in driving AI transformation and ensuring our platforms are scalable and future-proof.

What you'll do...

Lead AI Transformation: Drive the AI transformation within the organization by developing and implementing advanced AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to enhance driver capabilities and last-mile delivery efficiency. Work on groundbreaking AI and automation projects that have a significant impact on the company's delivery operations.

Build Scalable Platforms: Design and build scalable platforms that support long-term automation goals, including pricing, search, and offer strategies for the driver platform. Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and apply the latest AI developments to real-world challenges.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and improve overall performance. Communicate complex plans and roadmaps clearly to leadership. Engage with multiple departments and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across multiple departments to gather requirements and ensure the successful implementation of automated systems and AI solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and change, inspiring team members to adopt new technologies and methodologies that propel the organization forward.

• Deep Understanding of AI: Expertise in AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.

• Scalable Platform Development: Proven experience in building scalable platforms and systems.

• Technology-Driven and Product Mindset: Strong focus on technology and product development.

• Analytical and Data-Driven: Highly analytical with a strong ability to leverage data for decision-making.

• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex plans and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
