Position Summary...
The Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Testing and Monitoring coordinates and completes job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. They perform and assist in the planning and management of audits and reviews related to Anti-Corruption, Ethics and Compliance subject matters.What you'll do...
Drives efficiencies in the audit/review process.
Assist relevant stakeholders in root causes analysis of audit/review findings.
Assist in the validation of control design and effectiveness.
Identifies process deficiencies, by testing performance of controls against company procedures and/or external regulatory/accounting requirements.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
What you'll bring...
2 years’ experience in internal/external audit, internal controls, compliance or related area.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
