What you’ll do...
eCommerce Business Strategy:
Provides strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs, developing and implementing plans, evaluating processes, and promoting a customer-focused environment.
Continuously analyzes macroeconomic trends, technological advancements, and industry shifts to anticipate and respond to current and future business needs. Integrates insights into strategic planning to maintain a competitive edge and swiftly adapt to evolving conditions.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Collaborates across the enterprise to build beneficial relationships and achieve positive business outcomes. Establishes shared goals and creates platforms for information sharing. Leads strategic cross-functional initiatives, resolves collaboration issues, and seeks diverse perspectives to enhance creativity and growth.
Visual Storytelling & Event Execution:
Creates presentation materials that are effective in strategic storytelling, driving clarity, building excitement, and rallying teams behind a central strategic message.
Oversees visual design strategy for internal events, including setting the creative vision, guiding efficient processes, selecting vendors, leveraging resources, developing success metrics, producing designs, approving content, and updating senior leadership.
Innovation Leadership:
Develops and champions transformational change by becoming a thought leader on technology innovation for eCommerce.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with industry leaders, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and consultants.
Assesses partnership opportunities with external vendors and startups. Builds relationships with these potential partners and connects to internal stakeholders to accelerate innovation and meet business objectives.
Strategic Project Execution:
Leads cross-functional teams in developing, implementing, and transitioning strategic projects and new business opportunities.
Manages budgets, negotiates contracts, oversees supplier and partner relationships, communicates progress to leadership, and promotes the project until it is ready to be transferred to the business.

You have a creative, technical, or design background, and experience in eCommerce or retail sectors.
You value innovation and are excited about the application of new technologies, like GenAI and Agentic AI, to solve customer problems
You understand design thinking concepts and have successfully used them to create business solutions.
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
