As a key member of the Research Operations team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing research programs and initiatives. This role ensures the timely delivery of contract objectives through strong leadership, effective communication, and issue resolution. You should have excellent communication skills (including external and internal facing) and be adept at managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, all while embodying Walmart's values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.What you'll do...
- Drive and Own Projects: Lead multiple project plans by identifying needs, removing barriers, and fostering continuous improvements in workflows.
- Develop and Execute Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, monitor key performance indicators, and drive the execution of clinical operations using Walmart's data and infrastructure.
- Innovate and Train: Contribute to team training, participate in meetings, and leverage innovative thinking to create new delivery models for research operations.
- Promote Team Environment: Foster a team-based work environment that values communication, creativity, and proactive problem-solving while supporting Walmart's policies and upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in health science or related area.5 years’ operational experience in clinical development.
Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation.
Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior work experience healthcare, clinical trials, regulatory standards, and industry standards.
Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.
