Position Summary...
The Manager, Real Estate (Tenant Leasing) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the lease administration activities. This includes, setting up new contracts in the billing software, working with new tenants on billing/payment details of the contract, maintaining current lease contracts to ensure proper billing is accurate and working with cross-functional teams on modifications of contract details. Manage the system of record for data quality, consistency, and enhancements.
Support and identify key points within legal documents, to properly support the contract leasing term

Experience in real estate, tenant leasing, or a related field.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and external partners.
Attention to detail to maintain legal documents and guidelines
Proficiency in managing data quality and consistency in systems of record.
Innovative mindset to identify and implement process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
