Position Summary...

We are on a mission to deliver Everyday Low Prices for our customers, create operational stability for our Store Associates, and support the Merchandising P&L.

What you'll do...

  • Partner with Merchant and Merch Ops leadership to develop and deploy effective pricing strategies within Walmart’s EDLP framework.
  • Help guide the creation of and support for custom pricing software.
  • Develop the team with effective training on topics including executive communication, pricing strategy, merchandising processes and tools, and detailed analytics.

What you’ll bring:

  • Direct your team in providing leadership visibility to current pricing performance: against internal goals and external competition.
  • Build meaningful relationships with Merchant and Merch Ops leaders to support delivery against sales, inventory, and profit goals.
  • Proactively interact with different areas of the company to ensure pricing success (e.g., operations, technology, legal).
  • Review sales, margins, and markdown against defined targets. Review internal and third-party pricing data. Recommend pricing actions accordingly.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field and 5 years experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field OR 7 years experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field. 2 years of supervisory experience.
