The team drives strategic transformation across Walmart’s people-focused operations, ensuring our environments support world-class talent. This role supports the buildout and transition to our new Home Office campus, partnering across Facilities, Construction, Design, Technology, and Security to lead end-to-end execution—from asset removal to move planning and warehouse coordination.
What you'll do...
Manage major cross-functional facility projects, including new building development and corporate campus moves
Coordinate deliveries, storage, installation, and warranty tracking for the new campus
Oversee asset removal, decommissioning, and warehouse lease returns on current campus
Plan and execute move management for new office spaces
Review and approve work orders related to campus furniture and facility adjustments
What you’ll bring:
Experience managing complex facility and construction projects in a corporate environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including leadership updates
Excellent documentation skills to track project milestones, assets, and vendor coordination
Knowledge of FF&E logistics, vendor coordination, and warehouse consolidation
Familiarity with decommissioning, asset management, and move logistics
Ability to navigate compliance, inventory planning, and facility system operations

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
