We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Manager, Merchandise Planning to support our non-GM merchandising teams. This individual will be responsible for accurately planning all promotional events and one-time buys. The successful candidate will act as a co-pilot to the cross-functional matrix team, driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

What you'll do...

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement merchandise strategies that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models to identify trends and provide insights that drive key business decisions that will improve productivity, grow sales and enhance profitability
• Develop and deliver reporting to senior leadership on key performance metrics, budget versus actuals, forecast projections, and sell-through.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities

You’ll make an impact by demonstrating:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and BigQuery is preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
