Senior Manager, Operations, Program Management – Customer Identity Experience (USA)Position Summary: The Customer Data & Identity team at Walmart is dedicated to understanding who our customers are while ensuring streamlined processes, security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and best-in-class customer experience. Our Customer Digital Identity team enhances customer centricity by deepening our understanding of customers and their preferences, allowing us to serve them better.
What you'll do...
- Design and develop identity-driven in-store, online, and omnichannel customer strategy and experiences.
- Analyze existing customer experience flows at various touchpoints within stores and online.
- Understand customers' and associates' pain points deeply.
- Conduct quantitative analysis on business metrics to support business case building.
- Design experiments to improve identity capture and revenue traceability.
- Support product requirement development as needed.
- Collaborate in cross-functional meetings with product and UX teams to conduct CX/UX reviews and sign off on experiments.
- Facilitate the launch of identity customer experiences in-store and enable store operations to execute effectively.
- Monitor product performance, evaluate outcomes, and use data insights to guide product/experience iterations.
- Keep leadership updated on the progress of each identity initiative.
- Develop effective ways of working with partner teams (e.g., Product, Design, Engineering, TPM, Business teams) to drive initiative design and execution.
- Proactively socialize and share work to create clarity across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate within the Identity CX team and partner teams to build a vision and strategy on how identity experiences can drive CDI and our partner teams' goals.
- Travel to Walmart and competition stores to learn processes, compare experiences, and establish a realistic understanding of field operations.

You'll Make an Impact By:
- Supporting the development and execution of Digital Identity initiatives.
- Building deep relationships with business partners to communicate progress, demonstrate results, and gain buy-in from executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment.
- 5+ years of experience developing product strategy and managing product development in corporations.
- Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
