Join Walmart as Finance Senior Manager, supporting strategic initiatives that in Fulfillment Center Network automation. You will work closely with our Engineering, Operations and Strategy partners to shape our long-term strategy and be a key finance voice influencing the future of our supply chain.

About the Team
Our team is dedicated to driving the financial strategy and planning for Walmart's Fulfillment Center Network. We collaborate with engineering, operations, and strategy teams to evaluate automation initiatives and ensure robust financial planning. By providing critical insights and dynamic financial models, we influence key decisions that shape the future of our supply chain and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do...

• Evaluate and support automation initiatives through financial analysis, risk assessment and partnership with engineering leaders. Produce dynamic financial models that incorporate assumptions, expectations, and known risks.

• Oversee and manage short and long-term strategic financial planning by partnering with different business leaders to assess multiple segment goals. Establish and communicate financial targets. Identify and report risks determined for the overall financial plan. Provide actionable insights and facilitate consensus about financial decisions across stakeholders.

• Collaborate with senior management to report on investment and automation performance. Identify operational and financial gaps between results and targets. Provide feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities associated with automation projects. Communicate relevant trends and expected future performance.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce. Diagnose capability gaps and develop associates to create a well-rounded team, while leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Support mentorship, team development, and succession planning.

What you’ll Bring:

• 6+ years of finance FP&A, strategy planning or finance transformation for major business operations within a large corporation or major management consulting firm.

• Finance experience with Supply Chain, Corporate Real Estate, or Retail Operations with a large retail chain or firm with physical or public locations.

• 2+ years facing clients and influencing financial decisions.

• You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.

• Experience presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
