What you'll do...

  • Develop Initiatives and Processes: Drive business goals and objectives by analyzing data and evaluating key business components. Identify gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements in key business functions.
  • Manage Process Improvement Programs: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies, simplify processes, and ensure proper controls and tools are in place. Monitor program performance and address post-implementation issues.
  • Lead Change Initiatives: Execute transformational change projects, develop plans for process implementation, and manage expectations. Ensure positive change is adopted by all business partners and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and Oversee Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, support plans and initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning.
  • Develop Strategies and Best Practices: Collaborate with business partners to develop strategies, processes, and best practices through modeling, analyses, and industry benchmarking. Translate technical solutions into business solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Support company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

What you'll bring...

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, business strategy, or consulting. Alternatively, 4 years’ experience in a related area will be considered. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Process Improvement: Passion for optimizing organizational efficiency. Proficient in applying methodologies for continuous improvement. Process improvement certification preferred.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management including coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. Ability to manage and influence large matrixed teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify business value, create compelling business cases, manage performance, and perform root cause analysis to drive improvements. Proficient in business analysis tools and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Passion and tenacity for solving customer/member problems and driving meaningful and impactful solutions.
  • Collaborative and Independent: Enjoy working collaboratively but can also execute projects independently and confidently.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to critically think, develop, and manage new strategies/initiatives from inception to growth, aligned with company goals.
  • Communication Skills: Polished communicator who can present data and information clearly and concisely. Ability to tell a story through meaningful data insights.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
