The Manager, Learning & Development will be part of the Customer Success Global Foundations team who is central to the continued growth and success of Walmart Data Ventures. This role is a highly cross-functional individual contributor position that will manage multiple knowledge product workstreams and translation projects, while having exposure across New Markets, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Communication teams.About the Team
The Walmart Data Ventures team exists to unlock the full value of Walmart’s data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we’re seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive learning and data productization from concept to deployment specifically in our international markets.
What you'll do...
- Work with and influence cross-functional teams and vendors to meet rigid translation deadlines for international training content in multiple languages (not a requirement to speak or read other languages).
- Build relationships with new market teams and product teams to customize product training in each market.
- Adapt, write, and maintain current Knowledge Base training and eLearning material for each market.
- Work with in-market business teams, the legal team, and translations to review, approve, and validate material for each market.
- Perform bi-weekly audits and revisions to content as DV products are updated every 2-4 weeks and new features are rolled out.
- Designing and developing a suite of blended learning options; and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong project management experience with the ability to solve complex business problems
- Resourcefulness to find solutions to things that have never been done before
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm with a keen sense of detail
- Ability to be highly adaptable and a passion for end-user experience
- Excellent customer service and a high sense of urgency
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or experience with a content management system strongly preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
