Senior Manager, Supplier to Serve, Enterprise Business Services is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and helping to manage and support key transformation programs. The position will be responsible for the transformation, auditing and monitoring of Store Payables processes: Invoice Exceptions, MUMDs, Open Receiving, WAVE, Transmittals and MTRs. Additionally, Sr. Manager will build insights that tie into the health of store payables, merchant, supply, supplier, and store operations. The manager will effectively communicate to suppliers, business partners and leadership on recommendations. The position will work closely with operations, technology, finance, and business partners to translate challenges into data problems and use existing data to solve those problems.

What you'll do...

  • Builds and supports business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives.
  • Ensures business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs through analytics of data; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance, accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Work in a cross functional team-based work environment. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
  • Specifically, we are looking for candidates that have an affinity for executing and improving upon current methodologies employing analytical, statistical, and numerical techniques in innovative ways to conduct informed analysis that net meaningful insights. With the insights garnered, you will partner and participate in business strategy discussions that will impact how we best leverage the above asset types across the entire Accounts Payable network.
  • Partner with the broader supplier community to stay abreast of current business concerns, potential opportunities, and information needs
  • Employ a variety of analytical techniques to discover, identify, and conclude analysis both reactively to leadership requests and proactively based on our own curiosity/desire to move the business
  • Define and document core business metrics, definitions, and logic collaborating with the business teams and leadership that support programs
  • Deliver analysis and findings to business teams…often through formal presentation
  • Maintain knowledge and stays current of developments in the fields of technology, business intelligence, data warehousing, data science, and emerging technologies (machine learning, AI, etc.)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
