Position Summary...
The Specialist, Accounts Receivable will work with Payroll and our 3rd party vendor to set up payment accounts for associates who have been overpaid. They will communicate with associates to help them understand the overpayment, set up a payment plan, and answer any questions they may have. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, cash, and disputes teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of overpayments
Work with Payroll and our 3rd party vendor to set up payment accounts for associates who have been overpaid.
Communicate with associates to help them understand the overpayment, set up a payment plan, and answer any questions they may have.
Ensure that payment accounts are set up correctly by working closely with Payroll.
Provide month-end reports to Payroll and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable.
Perform regular account reconciliations and follow up on unpaid accounts.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Standard office environment, hours 7:30-4

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
