What you'll do...
Join Walmart’s International Finance team as a Finance Director and play a pivotal role in managing insights, analytics, and communications across all international markets. About the International Finance Team
Our International Finance team consists of three core teams that support Walmart’s global operations. As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will manage insights, analytics, and communication, acting as the liaison with all international markets. Your work will significantly impact the team's and company's goals by providing valuable financial insights and strategic direction.
What you’ll do:
- Create and craft communications for executives
- Drive independent analytics and generate actionable insights
- Understand and connect the dots in financial statements
- Manage the earnings process both internally and externally
- Collaborate with international markets to align financial strategies
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to understand and analyze financial statements
- Experience in insights and analytics
- Knowledge of the earnings process
- Nice-to-have: Experience in merchandising operations or operations finance

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience
i n accounting, finance, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
