About the Team
The Finance Data Factory is a critical enabler for key reporting, analytics, forecasting, and planning. Embedded as the foundation of the Commercial Finance ecosystem, this team will enable data pipelines to drive associate productivity, speed to insights, and generative AI capabilities. The key focus area for this role is Walmart International, with priorities for deeper and broader coverage of critical data elements.
What you’ll do
- Provide oversight for the cross-functional team to ensure technology solutions meet intended business outcomes
- Influence leadership to align on expectations around timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring incremental delivery on business value
- Drive the full product lifecycle for priority features and capabilities with clear and actionable roadmaps, from ideation to implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain positive momentum on time-sensitive initiatives.
- Develop the team to demonstrate effective core product competencies, including customer need management and technology orientation.
What you’ll bring
Success in this role will require a general understanding of the product development lifecycle and core product competencies, including but not limited to:
- Customer Need Management – Satisfy customers with relevant, innovative, and timely solutions to confirmed needs which solves their problems in ways that work for them
- Vision and Strategy - Demonstrate ownership of a product, establishing product vision, strategy, purpose and understanding of the product discovery processes
- Domain Expertise - Understand Finance-specific nuances and challenges to facilitate outcome-oriented interactions with relevant business stakeholders, enable problem-solving, and drive aligned decision-making
- Technology Orientation - Leverage the technical aspects of a product to drive effective communication with engineering partners, enable problem-solving, and drive informed decision-making
- Relationship Management - Listen, comprehend, and convey information through various forms of communication to inform and influence stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
