As a Senior Software Engineering in Global Tech, you will be working within a team of engineer for Finance Technology and Engineering. You will be responsible for delivering core capabilities that cut across our Accounts Payable Systems, with a deep focus on building new platform capabilities for Insights and Analytics.
What you'll do:
Build, develop and deploy world class capabilities for Walmart Global Tech and the Finance Technology Area
Engage and participate with the team to deliver technical solutions
Engage with other teams and leadership across the world to collaboratively build and contribute to the strategic roadmap
Own and support delivery for all applications in your responsibility.
Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What you'll bring:
5+ years of relevant experience in building highly resilient, highly scalable systems
Strong analytical skills with proven creative thinking
Passion for learning and connecting technology to business problems
Good understanding of scalable cloud-based architecture and data strategies.
Knowledge and/or experience in Data warehousing / modeling strategies.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of at least one project.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Environments/tools: Jira, Git, Confluence, Excel, PPT
Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focus on reusability, frameworks, patterns, and configurations tools for faster development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
