Position Summary...
As an AI Security Technical Program Manager at Walmart's InfoSec department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our security strategy outcomes through the management of AI-driven security solutions and services. Your primary focus will be on leading and delivering key strategic initiatives related to AI security, ensuring the development and maintenance of roadmaps, project schedules, and plans. You will lead a team of portfolio Project Managers in the execution of planned work, with a specific emphasis on AI security technologies and practices.About Team: Join a team at Walmart that places a high priority on innovation and security. What you'll do...
- Manage and mentor a group of Engineers and Project Managers specializing in the deployment of advanced AI security solutions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence across multiple organizations.
- Ensure successful delivery of key AI security projects and initiatives.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, including the Hybrid methodology, to guide the engineering teams team.
- Develop program-level delivery roadmaps for AI security products and capabilities within the technical domain.
- Drive the delivery of multiple projects of varying complexity, setting clear expectations and leading others effectively.
What you'll bring:
- Familiarity with the AI Systems and an enthusiasm to learn more about AI technology would be beneficial.
- Proven ability to establish partnerships across different organizational levels and functions.
- Strong strategic planning skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong organizational skills are of paramount importance for this role. The candidate should be capable of effectively managing timelines and dependencies. They should also be able to help keep communication slides updated and engaging.
- Proficiency in portfolio operations and various project methodologies, including Traditional, hybrid, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Experience with Jira might be an added bonus
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, including influencing others, coaching, and strategic communication across senior leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to people development and strong leadership qualities in mentoring and guiding teams.
- Ability to operate effectively at the executive level, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$165,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
