Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across all areas of the organization.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing threat management team.
Policy Development: Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Incident Response: Oversee the response to security incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.
Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and systems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of behavioral assessment protocols and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CTM are highly desirable.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
