About the Team

The Intelligent Business Growth (IBG) team builds AI-powered financial forecasting and planning solutions that transform how Walmart's FP&A teams operate. We're creating a connected ecosystem that enables Finance to be true business partners by integrating operational and financial planning systems with AI-driven forecasting capabilities.

We collaborate across engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact products that modernize how our users work.

Your Impact

  • Drive product strategy and execution for our AI forecasting platform, working directly with Finance, Operations, and Data Science leaders to deeply understand user needs and pain points
  • Define and validate solutions that automate financial processes using AI/ML, creating seamless feedback loops between planning and execution systems
  • Lead end-to-end product development through robust prioritization frameworks, clear requirements, and coordinated delivery across UX, engineering, and ML teams
  • Design scalable platform architecture that connects disparate systems and enables data-driven decision making
  • Build and execute product roadmaps that deliver measurable business value and user adoption

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
  • Experience shipping products with embedded ML/AI capabilities
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on API design and system architecture
  • Excellence in product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial forecasting, data products, or enterprise platforms
  • Background in retail/ecommerce or financial services
  • Track record of scaling ML/AI solutions in enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of API-first platform design
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data science teams

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
